You have completed, or nearly completed, your degree and now you are ready to get your career on track.

At Solid Energy we understand your need to succeed. To help you to achieve this we offer a two-year, structured graduate programme which will grow and strengthen your technical and commercial skills in the mining industry.

Solid Energy recognises the value of developing technical expertise and is committed to running a graduate programme that builds on your qualifications.

The programme runs for two years. Initially you will be appointed to an appropriate position based at one of our sites - Southland, the West Coast, Waikato or Christchurch.

Right from the start you will be in a real job. You will be given a development plan that includes technical as well as personal training and development. You will learn from experienced peers and be allocated a mentor who will help you reach your professional potential.
