Alison Brown

Alison has had 22 years experience as a lawyer in the private and public sectors, both in New Zealand and overseas, specialising in mining and resource management law. She is Chairwoman of the Greenhouse Policy Coalition and Vice President of the New Zealand Minerals Association.

Alison is responsible for providing strategic advice to the company, managing the provision of all legal services required by Solid Energy and is Secretary to the Board of Directors.
