On Friday evening (11 March) the Voluntary Administrator for Henry Walker Eltin Pty Ltd obtained an interim injunction allowing HWE back on to the site of Solid Energy's Rotowaro Opencast Mine, near Huntly in the Waikato.

The issues relating to Solid Energy's termination notice, which the company served on HWE on Friday, are expected to be heard by the Court prior to Easter.

HWE resumed production at the Rotowaro Mine over the weekend.
